5. Once you have generated a CSR (as described in the above), you need to upload it to

Microsoft Certificate server and request a CA and trusted root certificates.

Open a Web browser and navigate to the Microsoft Certificates Services Web site at

the following link:

http://<certificate server>/certsrv

6. Click Request a certificate.
